Complaints Procedure

At Energy Inspired Coaching, I am committed to providing high-quality coaching, workshops,

and courses. However, if you have a concern or complaint, I take such matters seriously and

aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.

Step 1: Informal Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of my services, please contact me as soon as possible.

I encourage open communication and will strive to resolve your concern informally within five

working days.

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If the issue is not resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint in writing by email or

post, including:

• Your full name and contact details

• A clear description of the issue

• Any relevant evidence or correspondence

• Your desired outcome

I will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within three working days and conduct a thorough

review. A written response will be provided within 14 working days, outlining any proposed

resolution.

Step 3: Further Action

If you remain dissatisfied after my response, I am happy to engage in further discussion to

explore possible resolutions. If necessary, you may escalate the matter to the IAPC&M at

Confidentiality

All complaints will be handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection laws.

Feedback & Improvement
